How to Avoid Caesarian Babies?

Whether you are 50 kilograms or 70 kilograms at the time you conceive, this no longer matters much in the present scenario and the life style which we are leading. Till the past few years, it was strongly believed that the risk of caesarian cases in heavy weight women is higher as compared to the light weighed. But, the conception is actually different from the believed thought.

It is not the weight at the time you conceive or at the time you deliver but the kilograms you put on during the span of nine months. Even if you are 40 kilograms in the first month but reach 70 kilograms in the ninth month, the risk of caesarian case heightens, however, a 60 kilograms lady achieving 70 kilograms by the ninth month may enjoy a normal delivery.

According to most of the gynecologists, the maximum suggested weight gain during the time of pregnancy should not be more than 12 kilograms. The lady tends to lose weight during the first three months due to the impact of the nausea tic effect and the vomiting in most of the cases. The weight gain starts from the fourth month. We need not worry about the eating habits in the first three months as most of the ladies get irate on even smelling food which is quite normal. Care should be taken and the lady should try to take light food at short intervals in order to maintain the energy level. From the fourth month, your diet may seem to increase form the normal diet. You may feel to have some eatable in your mouth every time. From the fourth month, you should take special precaution in following the doctor’s diet chart. The old belief tells you to eat a lot of fat in order to have a healthy baby which is not true. Please try to avoid fat contents and even change the milk packet if it is double toned to the single toned milk. The main focus should be on the milk content which should be 1 liter on a daily basis in the form of milk, curd and cheese. In dry fruits, only take five over night soaked almonds, better avoid cashew nuts. You can also take the soaked almonds in Luke warm milk.

After the fourth month, your weight should increase in a balanced order may be up to 2 kilograms in a month. Here occurs the problem when the lady remains at 50 kilograms till the sixth month and suddenly reaches 70 kilograms by the end month. So, we ourselves need to decide and become cautious about this. It should also be kept in mind that the actual weight gain of the baby and the increase in size starts after the 30th week of pregnancy. So, the old belief of giving birth to a healthy baby by eating a lot of fat materials can result in a very cure, overweight baby but with a caesarian operation but may not maintain the cuteness in future as it will be just the fat from the junk which we ate not the energy which we gave to the new born.

It is also highly recommended to take maximum intake of water during the entire nine months as it keeps the amniotic fluid supple in which the baby survives. The most important of all is the physical activity which goes down to zero during this time. The daily walking of minimum 40 minutes should be started after the completion of the fourth month as it keeps the baby as well as the body active. The idle sitting at one place or just lying down most of the time not only gives us a feeling of sickness every time but also reduces the risk of normal delivery. Maximum rest should be taken during these nine month with least pressure but a little physical activity is also must in order to keep the process normal. Always remember, pregnancy is not a disease but an intense desire to see the new born which should be enjoyed every moment.
